SHIPPING 

We have tied up with some of India's leading logistics companies and we are continuously working to keep expanding our partner network. 

Shipping options with estimated delivery times in INDIA , depending on location are as follows:

Shipping Time

Usually delivers within 1-3 business days for Delhi & NCR.

For orders outside Delhi we usually deliver within 2-5 business days.

Shipping Charges are  Flat 100/- for orders upto 1999/-

Free Shipping for orders above 2000/-

 Please note shipping charges are non refundable.

 All the above timelines are applicable for orders received before 5 p.m. (IST). For orders received post 5 pm, we will dispatch the same on the next business day.

Actual delivery timelines could vary, usually based on the delivery address and during peak shipping periods. In case your pincode is not accepted at Checkout, please contact us, we will do our best to service your order. 

Currently we only ship across India. We will keep you informed as soon as we start international shipping

 

RESTRICTIONS ON RETURN SHIPMENTS

Our delivery partners will only accept Shirt Theory articles that are returned in their original packaging. 

Please Note

All the provided timelines are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account unforeseen delays caused by payment authorization or working strikes 

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. 

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been scheduled for pick up by our delivery partner. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

For security and delivery confirmation however, all orders do require a signature upon receipt. We understand you may not be available at the time of delivery in which case a signature by anyone taking delivery on your behalf is acceptable. Please note however that you are responsible for all packages signed by anyone in lieu of you.

We require a signature for any goods delivered at the intended delivery address or picked up from our location, whether by you/anyone specified by you (whether on the phone or in writing) at which point the responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Evidence of a signature by anyone taking delivery at the intended delivery address, or pickup at our address by the person specified by you, is treated as evidence of successful delivery and fulfilment by Shirt Theory and transfer of responsibility thereof to you. This is applicable for all orders, including gift orders where the intended recipient and delivery address may be different from the purchaser.

Again for your convenience, we do not verify the identity of the person accepting deliveries/pickups. Please note delivery to anyone at the intended delivery address or pickup by anyone claiming to be you/the person specified by you will constitute successful delivery and fulfilment by Shirt Theory.

TAXES & DUTIES

All product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties, you will not be charged anything in addition towards these.
